CBSE introduced Coding and Data Science:
• Microsoft combined with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to introduce coding and data science in the school curriculum.
• For students of Class 6 to class 8 Coding will be introduced and for Class 8 to class 12 data science will be introduced as new skilling subjects.
சிபிஎஸ்இ குறியீட்டு மற்றும் தரவு அறிவியலை அறிமுகப்படுத்தியது:
• மைக்ரோசாஃப்ட் மத்திய இடைநிலைக் கல்வி வாரியத்துடன் (சிபிஎஸ்இ) இணைந்து பள்ளி பாடத்திட்டத்தில் குறியீட்டு மற்றும் தரவு அறிவியலை அறிமுகப்படுத்தியது.
• 6 ஆம் வகுப்பு முதல் 8 ஆம் வகுப்பு வரையிலான மாணவர்களுக்கு குறியீட்டு முறை அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்படும், மேலும் 8 ஆம் வகுப்பு முதல் 12 ஆம் வகுப்பு வரை தரவு அறிவியல் புதிய திறன் பாடங்களாக அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்படும்.
Indonesia’s Merapi volcano erupted:
• Indonesia’s Merapi volcano erupted four times with lava spreading to 1,500 meters from the crater, As per the Geological Disaster Technology Research and Development Centre.
• Merapi is Indonesia’s most active volcano. Also, It erupted four times and affected by 43 avalanche earthquakes.

• இந்தோனேசியாவின் மெராபி எரிமலை நான்கு முறை வெடித்தது, பள்ளத்திலிருந்து 1,500 மீட்டர் வரை எரிமலை பரவியது என்று புவியியல் பேரிடர் தொழில்நுட்ப ஆராய்ச்சி மற்றும் மேம்பாட்டு மையம் தெரிவித்துள்ளது.

Ladakh launched YounTab scheme:
• YounTab scheme for students was launched by Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, RK Mathur.
• Under this scheme, 12,300 tablets were distributed among them in Leh.

Denmark approved Artificial Island off Copenhagen:
• Plans for an artificial island approved by Parliament of Denmark which will house 35,000 people and help in save port of Copenhagen from rising sea levels.
• Copenhagen is the capital city of Denmark also, is situated on the eastern coast of the island of Zealand.

Kerala launched ‘Knowledge Economy Mission’:
• ‘Knowledge Economy Mission’ launched by the Kerala government to increase job prospects in the state by supporting the knowledge workers.
• This Initiative was launched in State Budget on June 4.
கேரளா ‘அறிவு பொருளாதார மிஷன்’ ஒன்றை அறிமுகப்படுத்தியது:
• அறிவுத் தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு ஆதரவளிப்பதன் மூலம் மாநிலத்தில் வேலை வாய்ப்புகளை அதிகரிக்க கேரள அரசு ‘அறிவு பொருளாதார மிஷன்’ ஒன்றை தொடங்கியது.
• இந்த முயற்சி ஜூன் 4 அன்று மாநில பட்ஜெட்டில் தொடங்கப்பட்டது.
5 June is World Environment Day :
• World Environment Day is being celebrated on June 5 using the theme “Ecosystem Restoration”. Also, It will be hosted by Pakistan.
• This day was celebrated to encourage awareness and environmental protection.
