• The 49th edition of the annual presentation, conducted in New York City, was the International Emmy Awards in 2021.

• The Indian state of Assam commemorates the birth anniversary of the great Ahom army leader Lachit Borphukan with Lachit Divas, on November 24.
• In Charaideo, Lachit Borphukan, a military intelligence officer at the Battle of Saraighat, was born on November 24, 1622.

Rani Gaidinliu Museum Foundation Stone Laid By Amit Shah:
• Union Home Minister Amit Shah laid the cornerstone for the ‘Rani Gaidinliu Tribal Freedom Fighters Museum’ in Manipur, through video conference.
• Also, the museum will be construct at Luangkao village, Manipur’s Tamenglong district, where freedom warrior Rani Gaidinliu was born.

Laser Communications Relay Demonstration:
• NASA has planned to conduct a space test of a “Laser Communications Relay Demonstration (LCRD) technology” in order to develop space communications.
• Also, this mission will be initiated from Florida’s Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. It will help the “Artemis manned Moon-landing mission,” which is set to take place in 2025.
