PM CARES for Children Scheme:
• The Women and Child Development Ministry have initiated a web-based portal called pmcaresforchildren. in to submission of applications and the identity of children who are eligible for assistance under the ‘PM CARES for Children’ scheme.
• Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Prime Minister Modi announced the PM CARES for Children scheme to help the children who have lost both parents, a surviving parent, a legal guardian, and adoptive parents.
குழந்தைகளுக்கான PM கேர்ஸ் திட்டம்:
• விண்ணப்பங்களை சமர்ப்பிப்பதற்கும், ‘பி.எம் கேர்ஸ் ஃபார் குழந்தைகளுக்கான’ திட்டத்தின் கீழ் உதவி பெற தகுதியுள்ள குழந்தைகளின் அடையாளம் குறித்தும் பெண்கள் மற்றும் குழந்தைகள் மேம்பாட்டு அமைச்சகம் pmcaresforchildren.in என்ற இணைய அடிப்படையிலான போர்ட்டலைத் தொடங்கியுள்ளது.
• COVID-19 தொற்றுநோய் காரணமாக, பெற்றோர், உயிர் பிழைத்த பெற்றோர், சட்டப்பூர்வ பாதுகாவலர் அல்லது வளர்ப்பு பெற்றோர் ஆகிய இருவரையும் இழந்த குழந்தைகளுக்கு உதவ பிரதமர் மோடி குழந்தைகளுக்கான PM CARES திட்டத்தை அறிவித்தார்.
I-STEM Portal: Phase Two
• With the help of the Prime Minister’s Science, Technology, and Innovation Advisory Council (PM-STIAC) a national portal named ‘I-STEM’ for shared research and development facilities, was launched in January 2020.
• It is very useful for students and scientists to conduct research projects to host and provide access to selected R&D software.

• தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட ஆர் அண்ட் டி மென்பொருளை ஹோஸ்ட் செய்வதற்கும் அணுகலை வழங்குவதற்கும் ஆராய்ச்சி திட்டங்களை நடத்துவது மாணவர்களுக்கும் விஞ்ஞானிகளுக்கும் மிகவும் பயனுள்ளதாக இருக்கும்.
National Security Council:
• In the middle of the Pegasus Controversy, that the Union Government’s expenditure was leaked on the National Security Council Secretariat (NSCS) which was increased by tenfold in 2017-18 to Rs 333 crores from Rs 33 crores in 2016-17.
• The NSC is considered a three-level organization also is responsible for overseeing strategic political, economic, energy, and security issues.

Periodic Labor Force Survey:
• The National Statistical Office (NSO) has released the third annual report on the Periodic Labor Force Survey (PLFS), which was carried out between July 2019 to June 2020.
• In 2019-20, labor indicators have been improved overall when we compared to the two previous years, 2017-18 and 2018-19.

World Heritage Site of India:
• The Rudreswara Temple (also known as the Ramappa Temple) in Mulugu district, Telangana state, has been added to World Heritage Sites in UNESCO’s list.
• Also, it is the only nomination proposed by the government for the 2019 UNESCO World Heritage List.
இந்தியாவின் உலக பாரம்பரிய தளம்:
• தெலுங்கானா மாநிலத்தின் முலுகு மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள ருத்ரேஸ்வரர் கோயில் (ராமப்பா கோயில் என்றும் அழைக்கப்படுகிறது) யுனெஸ்கோவின் பட்டியலில் உலக பாரம்பரிய தளங்களில் சேர்க்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• இது 2019 யுனெஸ்கோ உலக பாரம்பரிய பட்டியலுக்கு அரசாங்கம் முன்மொழியப்பட்ட ஒரே பரிந்துரை ஆகும்.
BS Yediyurappa’s Resignation:
• Chief Minister of Karnataka BS Yediyurappa announced his resignation on 26 July 2021, when his government completed 2 years in the Karnataka state after being elected in the year 2019.
• He is 78-year-old Yediyurappa’s another name called BSY and he served as the 19th Chief Minister of Karnataka. BSY is the chief minister of Karnataka for four terms and he was the only chief minister to serve 4 times in Karnataka history.

• கர்நாடக முதலமைச்சர் பி.எஸ்.யெடியூரப்பா தனது ராஜினாமாவை 20 ஜூலை 2021 அன்று அறிவித்தார், 2019 ஆம் ஆண்டில் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட பின்னர் தனது அரசாங்கம் கர்நாடக மாநிலத்தில் 2 ஆண்டுகள் நிறைவு செய்தது.
• 78 வயதான யெடியுரப்பாவின் மற்றொரு பெயர் பி.எஸ்.ஒய், அவர் கர்நாடகாவின் 19 வது முதல்வராக பணியாற்றினார். பி.எஸ்.ஒய் நான்கு முறை கர்நாடக முதலமைச்சராகவும், கர்நாடக வரலாற்றில் 4 முறை பணியாற்றிய ஒரே முதல்வராகவும் இருந்தார்.
