• International Tiger Day is celebrated on July 29 every year.

• The General Assembly specified July 30 as World Day regarding Trafficking in Persons to create awareness of the state of affairs of victims of human trafficking and the advertising and protection of their rights, In 2013.

• The government has initiated a secure logistics document exchange platform for the digital exchange of logistics-related papers, as well as introduced the greenhouse gas emissions calculator for selecting the most certain and appropriate mode of transportation for consignment movements.
• This calculator is considered the most effective and user-friendly tool for calculating and comparing GHG emissions across various modes.

Lithium Exploration Project:
• Recently, The Geological Survey of India has launched seven lithium exploration projects in the places of Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jammu and Kashmir, Jharkhand, and Rajasthan.
• Lithium (Li), is considered a chemical element of Periodic Group 1 (Ia) in the periodic table, and the alkali metal group, and the mild of the solid elements.

Project BOLD:
• KVIC and BSF have initiated Project BOLD in Jaisalmer to combat desertification and increase the rural economy.
• This project is named “Bamboo Oasis on Drought Lands” (BOLD) is the first movement of its kind in India and was initiated on July 4, 2021, from the tribal village of Nichla Mandwa in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
