Lok Sabha has done Factoring Amendment Bill:
• The Lok Sabha passed the Factoring Amendment Bill on 26th July 2021 to amend the Factoring Regulation Act 2011.
• This bill will expand the scope of the entities which can participate in the factoring business and also will ensure that strong oversight and regulatory mechanisms are put in place.
• The Finance Minister of India, Mrs.Nirmala Sitharaman, tells that the changes are being made to helping the micro small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) sector.
காரணி திருத்த மசோதாவை மக்களவை நிறைவேற்றியது:
• காரணி ஒழுங்குமுறை சட்டம் 2011 ஐ திருத்துவதற்காக மக்களவை 2021 ஜூலை 26 அன்று காரணி திருத்தம் மசோதாவை நிறைவேற்றியது.
• இந்த மசோதா காரணி வணிகத்தில் பங்கேற்கக்கூடிய நிறுவனங்களின் நோக்கத்தை விரிவுபடுத்துகிறது, மேலும் வலுவான மேற்பார்வை மற்றும் ஒழுங்குமுறை வழிமுறைகள் அமல்படுத்தப்படுவதை உறுதி செய்யும் .
