Cabinet approved Inland Vessels Bill:
• Recently, Union Cabinet has approved the Inland Vessels Bill, 2021, which will change Inland Vessels Act, 1917.
• Now, a total of 4,000 km of inland waterways have been processed.
• This Bill will manage the safety, security, and registration of inland vessels.
உள்நாட்டு கப்பல்கள் மசோதாவுக்கு அமைச்சரவை ஒப்புதல் அளித்தது:
• அண்மையில், உள்நாட்டு கப்பல்கள் சட்டம், 1917 ஐ மாற்றும் உள்நாட்டு கப்பல் மசோதா, 2021 க்கு மத்திய அமைச்சரவை ஒப்புதல் அளித்துள்ளது.

15th edition of Global Peace Index 2021:
• Institute for Economics and Peace (IEP) Sydney has announced the 15th edition of the Global Peace Index (GPI).
• GPI is considered the world’s leading measure of global peacefulness.
• This index has given a rank to 163 independent states and territories as per the level of their peacefulness.
உலகளாவிய அமைதி குறியீடு 2021 இன் 15 வது பதிப்பு:
• இன்ஸ்டிடியூட் ஃபார் எகனாமிக்ஸ் அண்ட் பீஸ் (ஐஇபி) சிட்னி உலகளாவிய அமைதி குறியீட்டின் (ஜிபிஐ) 15 வது பதிப்பை அறிவித்துள்ளது.
• உலகளாவிய அமைதியின் உலகின் முன்னணி நடவடிக்கையாக ஜிபிஐ கருதப்படுகிறது.
• இந்த குறியீடானது 163 சுயாதீன மாநிலங்களுக்கும் பிரதேசங்களுக்கும் அவர்களின் அமைதியான நிலைக்கு ஏற்ப ஒரு தரத்தை வழங்கியுள்ளது.
Govt reduced Tariff value on Edible Oil Import:
• The tariff value for the import of edible oil including palm oil by USD 112 per tonne was reduced by The Union government.
• This move will help lead to a reduction in domestic prices.
சமையல் எண்ணெய் இறக்குமதியில் அரசு கட்டண மதிப்பைக் குறைத்தது:
• பாமாயில் உள்ளிட்ட சமையல் எண்ணெயை ஒரு டன்னுக்கு 112 அமெரிக்க டாலர் இறக்குமதி செய்வதற்கான கட்டண மதிப்பு மத்திய அரசால் குறைக்கப்பட்டது.
• இந்த நடவடிக்கை உள்நாட்டு விலைகளைக் குறைக்க வழிவகுக்கும்.
Cross-Disability Early Intervention Centers opened for children:
• Shri Thaawarchand Gehlot Minister for Social Justice & Empowerment has opened 14 Cross-Disability Early Intervention Centers at 7 National Institutes and 7 Composite Regional Centers (CRCs).
• This Centers will mainly give services like screening, identification, rehabilitation, counseling, and therapeutic for different disabilities under one roof in an adjacent manner.
குறுக்கு இயலாமை குழந்தைகளுக்கான ஆரம்ப தலையீட்டு மையங்கள்:
• சமூக நீதி மற்றும் அதிகாரமளித்தல் அமைச்சர் ஸ்ரீ தாவர்சந்த் கெஹ்லாட் 7 தேசிய நிறுவனங்கள் மற்றும் 7 கூட்டு பிராந்திய மையங்களில் (சி.ஆர்.சி) 14 குறுக்கு இயலாமை ஆரம்ப தலையீட்டு மையங்களைத் திறந்துள்ளார்.
• இந்த மையங்கள் முக்கியமாக ஸ்கிரீனிங், அடையாளம் காணல், மறுவாழ்வு, ஆலோசனை மற்றும் பல்வேறு குறைபாடுகள் உள்ளவர்களுக்கு ஒரே கூரையின் கீழ் அருகிலுள்ள முறையில் சிகிச்சை போன்ற சேவைகளை வழங்கும்.
The Hebbal-Nagawara Valley Project:
• Citizens and environmentalists are opposed to the project to clear over 6,000 trees in Singanayakanahalli to build a lake under Hebbal-Nagawara Valley Project by Minor Irrigation Department in Karnataka.
• This project was initiated with the main aim of filling 65 tanks in Bengaluru Urban, Rural, and Chickballapur.

• பெங்களூரு நகர்ப்புற, கிராமப்புற மற்றும் சிக்க்பல்லாபூரில் 65 தொட்டிகளை நிரப்புவதற்கான முக்கிய நோக்கத்துடன் இந்த திட்டம் தொடங்கப்பட்டது.
