Ethanol blend with petrol: India sets new Record
In the year 2020-21, the first four months of ethanol supply in India has reached more than 7.2%. This is the first time India has been reached this level. This puts the country right on its course of achieving the target of 10% combining by 2022.
The sugar companies should deliver the contracted ethanol to the nearest Oil Marketing Company (OMC), according to the ethanol Policy. The OMCs are also to pay transportation charges. Here, the problem is that the sugar companies are not getting full transport compensation. This is because the base rate for the transport was fixed in October 2020.

The arch closure of the world highest railway bridge, Chenab Bridge:

The Facebook Data Leak :
Recently, The personal data of more than 533 million Facebook users have been leaked online. The exposed data contains the personal information of Facebook users from more than 106 countries. This also included the records of 32 million users in the US, 11 million users in the UK, and 6 million users in India.
The data leak is also related to the 2019 vulnerability that exposed the phone number linked to the Facebook account. Facebook states that it had been fixed long back. However, the recent data violation says that it still exists in the system that are facilitate the hackers.
