Global Gender Gap Report for the year 2021 :
The Global Gender Gap Report for the year 2021 released by World Economic Forum. India’s ranking on that index fell 28 places.
India ranks 140th among the 156 countries in the index. After this, as a result, India became the third-worst performing country in South Asia.
India has obtained 62.5% of its gender gap according to the index. In 2020, among 153 countries India ranks 112th. Also, the economic participation and opportunity sub-index declined.

The Grant Assistance for Grassroots Projects (GGP) is a financial aid program followed in Japan. GGP is provided for development projects designed to meet the basic human needs of people in more than 100 countries, including India. Achievements of Jal Jeevan Mission :

New agreement signed between India and Mauritius :
Mauritius and India were signed between in February 2021, (CECPA) Comprehensive Economic Cooperation and Partnership Agreement.
