World Breastfeeding Week:
• The World Breastfeeding Week (WBW) is celebrated every year within the initial week of August, between one to seven august.
• This day was celebrated to raise awareness of the importance of breastfeeding for mothers and infants.
உலக தாய்ப்பால் வாரம்:
• உலக தாய்ப்பால் வாரம் (WBW) ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் ஆகஸ்ட் முதல் வாரத்தில், ஆகஸ்ட் ஒன்று முதல் ஏழு வரை கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது.
• தாய்மார்கள் மற்றும் குழந்தைகளுக்கு தாய்ப்பால் கொடுப்பதன் முக்கியத்துவம் குறித்த விழிப்புணர்வை ஏற்படுத்துவதற்காக இந்த நாள் கொண்டாடப்பட்டது.
1st August is Muslim Women Rights Day:
• In India, “Muslim Women’s Rights Day” is celebrated across the state on August 01.
• The primary Muslim Women’s Rights Day was observed in 2020, to celebrate the law enacted against Triple Talaq.
ஆகஸ்ட் 1 ம் தேதி முஸ்லிம் பெண்கள் உரிமை தினம்:
• இந்தியாவில், ஆகஸ்ட் 01 அன்று மாநிலம் முழுவதும் “முஸ்லிம் பெண்கள் உரிமைகள் தினம்” கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது.
• முத்தலாக் சட்டத்திற்கு எதிராக இயற்றப்பட்ட சட்டத்தை கொண்டாடுவதற்காக, 2020 ஆம் ஆண்டில் முதன்மை முஸ்லிம் பெண்கள் உரிமை தினம் கடைபிடிக்கப்பட்டது.
Bronze Medal for India:
• On August 01, 2021, Ace Indian court game player PV Sindhu beat China’s He Bingjiao to win the medal within the women’s singles event of the Japan Olympic Games.
• Sindhu scripted history with this win by turning into the main Indian girl and the simply second Indian jock to win 2 Olympic medals in individual events.

• ஆகஸ்ட் 01, 2021 அன்று, ஏஸ் இந்தியன் கோர்ட் கேம் பிளேயர் பிவி சிந்து, ஜப்பான் ஒலிம்பிக் போட்டியின் பெண்கள் ஒற்றையர் போட்டியில் சீனாவின் ஹீ பிங்ஜியாவோவை வென்று பதக்கம் வென்றார்.
• சிந்து இந்த வெற்றியின் மூலம் வரலாற்றில் முதன்மையான இந்திய பெண்ணாகவும், தனிநபர் நிகழ்வுகளில் 2 ஒலிம்பிக் பதக்கங்களை வென்ற இரண்டாவது இந்திய ஜாக் ஆகவும் மாறினார்.
PM Launched e-RUPI Card:
• Via video conferencing, Prime Minister Narendra Modi can initiate e-RUPI, Associate in Nursing e-voucher-based digital payment resolution.
• The e-RUPI initiative is considered one of all the programs launched over the years to limit touchpoints between the govt.
• For digital payments, e-RUPI is a cashless and contactless instrument. Also, it acts as a connection in Nursing e-voucher supported by a QR code or SMS delivered to the beneficiaries’ mobile phones.

• Also, it will promote their physical, social, and psychological help, by reducing the importance of disabilities and enhancing their economic potential.
